Without listening they asked, ‘are you a customer here?’ And I said I wasn’t. He immediately said couldn’t help me. RAC had written me up a report asking me to go Auto vets as it’s the closest in my area and they don’t want me to drive to extended areas just in case it rains and I can’t see due to the wipers. However gentleman never gave me time to explain and just shut me off. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this with Auto vets. Be a bit more polite maybe if you can’t do it or else at least let me finish my sentence? Spoke to the guys at the garage and they explained everything they'd be doing on a merc "B Service" all OEM parts.
