Q. My car is under manufacturers warranty. If you service it, will it invalidate this warranty?
A. Emphatically NO! We will use manufacturer’s parts, Mobil oil of the correct grade and provide you with the correctly completed service sheet for your particular car’s service. Of course we will also stamp the all important service book ensuring the best residual value for your car.

Q.What do your prices include?
A. All are prices are fully inclusive of parts, labour and vat.

Q. What is the earliest I can leave my car? What is the latest I can collect my car?
A. We have 24 hour drop off and collection facilities-just call for details.

Q. Do you have courtesy cars and if so how much do they cost?
A. Yes, we have courtesy cars available free to customers. They must be fully comprehensively insured for the period of use though. We can provide this cover for only £10 per 24 hour period, subject to the customer meeting certain insurance criteria.

Q. Is it true that you will wash and vacuum my car whilst it is with you?
A. Yes we do! (excludes commercial vehicles and while you wait)

Q. If I wait were can I sit?
A. We have a comfortable waiting area with hot and cold drinks, magazines, widescreen TV and children’s toys plus a clean customer toilet!

Q. Who are Autovets?
A. We are an Independent Garage committed to customer care, subscribing to the Motor Industry Codes of Practice and approved by trading standards through the Brighton and Hove City Council Buy With Confidence scheme. Also see (put link to about us web page in here!)

Q. How long have Autovets been open?
A. We opened in Brighton during March 2003 and have been trading continuosly since then

Q. Do you offer a guarantee for your work
A. Yes, 12 months warranty on Parts & Labour due to Manufacturer's defects. Clutches have a 2 year warranty against Manufacturer's defects.
